Meet the makers and get a chance to talk to local chefs and owners and learn what makes the produce in the Northern Rivers so good! After a morning of tasting and gathering, we head into the Byron Hinterland to one of our partners farms, where you get to relax with a local beverage as we put together a platter picnic together for you. Savour the tastes of Byron with a hand chosen selection of produce with your personal touches added to the platter. Depending on the day, finish the afternoon with a visit to one of our local distilleries or breweries.
